How to Upload & Send Postcards on Vottiv

This personalized approach can significantly enhance voter engagement. With Vottiv, you can take this to the next level. Vottiv uses advanced data analytics to ensure your mail pieces reach the right people at the right time. Here’s how to get started.
- From your Home Screen click on “Communication” on the left hand tool bar.
- Next select “Direct Mail” from the list of options.
- If you already have a postcard designed select “Send Direct Mail," if you need help with your design select “Need a Postcard Design?"
- To have a postcard created for you in our design center begin by entering your information, selecting which size you'd like, and creating your postcard's content.
- After that upload your images and select "Submit." This will send your request to our team and they will begin the drafting process.
- Once as you've finalized your design select your target group or create a new one. Then select "Create Mail."
- Select the size of the mail piece that you would like to send.
- Under the “Select Front File” portion, click “Select design or upload a file” button. This will allow you to upload the front side of your mail piece (be sure to upload your image in either a PDF or JPG format with the correct size dimensions). Do the same for the backside of your mail piece.
- After you have selected your images press "Use this file."
- Next, select "Generate Preview."
- The next page will generate a final approval for you to confirm. Once as that is approved you will be prompted to enter your payment information and check out.
