How to Invite Staff/Volunteers to Your Account

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of adding staff and volunteers to your campaign account, helping you streamline collaboration, delegate tasks efficiently, and make the most of your growing team.
- On your home screen select “Your Team” towards the bottom of the tool bar on the left hand side of the page.
- Once as you are on your team page select “Add New.”
- A pop up box will appear. Begin by entering the staff/team member’s email address.
- Next under “Select a Role” assign the proper level of access. A “Campaign Admin” will have full access to your campaign, while a “Staff/Volunteer” will have read-only access and will be able to assist with campaign activities.
- Lastly, click “Send Invite”. This will send the invitation to your new member and add them to “Your Team” page.
If your team member doesn't receive an email invitation, they can sign up for Vottiv at https://app.vottiv.com/join. Be sure that they use the same email address that you listed for them on your team page.
- After you send the invitation, an email will be sent to the email address you listed with a link to accept your invitation. Your new team member will click “Accept Invitation.”
- After this, is completed you'll see this new team member populated on your user list.
